FAQ

Reservations are recommended for Stage Side seating, the Cellar Supper Club, weekends, and groups of six or more. You can book through Resy and select either Stage Side Seating (main floor), or Cellar Show, depending on the experience you prefer. You may also pre-purchase tickets for selected performances through Eventbrite. We keep a portion of the Main Floor bar and dining area available for walk-ins each night, subject to availability.

Stage Side Seating A table on the Main Floor close to the stage, with the best view of the musicians. Stated cover applies.

Front Bar Dining Area A table on the Main Floor in our lively front bar area. You will hear the music, but there is no view of the band.

High Top High-top seating on the Main Floor. You will be part of the atmosphere and hear the music, but sight lines vary. Great for drinks and snacks.

Outdoors A table in our vine-covered garden. The garden has its own atmosphere; a view of the indoor stage is not included. Seasonal availability

Cellar Show A table downstairs in our candlelit Cellar Supper Club for the Cellar performance. The cellar is usually a smaller band, playing more of a background level of music. Great for dates, generally quieter and more intimate.

Your reservation is for the seating area named in the booking. A Main Floor reservation does not include seating in the Cellar, and a Cellar reservation does not include Stage Side seating upstairs.

No. For the clearest view of the Main Floor musicians, reserve Stage Side Seating. Guests seated elsewhere on the Main Floor can hear and enjoy the music, but views may be partial or obstructed. The garden does not have a view of the indoor stage. Most tables in the cellar can see the band, but there is not a raised stage area, so views can be limited.

Yes. We welcome walk-ins and hold some Main Floor and bar seating for them each night. Walk-in seating is first come, first served and may be limited during popular performances and on weekends. Cellar and Stage Side tables are best booked ahead. We also have our other live music venue across the street from St Mazie, Fred’s, which is a great option for a drink pre or post dinner, or while you are waiting for a table.

Reservations are released 30 days in advance through Resy.

Add yourself to the Resy Notify list and check again closer to the date, as plans do change. You may also join us as a walk-in for the Main Floor bar or dining area, but a specific table or view of the stage cannot be guaranteed.

We hold reservations for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please contact us either through the resy app, or by calling 7183844808. After the grace period, we may offer the table to our waitlist.

We will always try to help when space allows, but we cannot guarantee a move between the Main Floor, Stage Side, garden, or Cellar. For the experience you want, please choose the correct reservation type when booking.

The Main Floor is lively and social, with live music every night, cocktails, oysters, our full dinner menu, and the energy of our bar and dining room. It is the best choice if you want a bustling night out, easy bar access, or Stage Side seating close to the musicians.

The Cellar Supper Club is downstairs and more intimate: candlelight, close-up performances, dinner, and drinks in a cozy subterranean room. The Cellar hosts its own music program Thursday through Saturday, along with occasional special performances.

No. The Main Floor and Cellar are separate rooms and may feature different performers at the same time. Check our Live Music calendar and the name of the reservation experience before booking.

Choose the Cellar for a more intimate, candlelit supper-club experience. Choose the Main Floor for a livelier, more social evening. If seeing the musicians up close matters most, reserve Stage Side seating on the Main Floor or a Cellar Show table.

St. Mazie is a restaurant and bar built around live music. The atmosphere is social rather than silent, but the musicians are a central part of the evening. Stage Side and Cellar guests should expect a close-up performance and are encouraged to give the band their attention. The Main Floor can become lively and loud on busy nights.

Yes. We present live music seven nights a week on the Main Floor. The Cellar music series runs Thursday through Saturday. Performers, styles, and set times change, so please check our Live Music calendar for the date of your visit.

Some reservation types, including Stage Side seating and Cellar Shows, include a per-person music charge. The current amount is displayed clearly on Resy before you book. Music charges support our live performers and are separate from food and drinks.

There are two ways to plan your visit. You can book through Resy and choose the Stage Side Seating or Cellar Show option, or you can pre-purchase tickets for selected performances through Eventbrite. When a music charge applies through Resy, it is added to your check on the night. Special events may have their own ticketing instructions, which will be listed on the event page.

Set times vary by day and by room. Please visit our Live Music calendar for the most current schedule. Your reservation time is your table-arrival time and may not be the exact start of a set.

Holiday and special-event hours may vary. The Cellar Supper Club is open Thursday through Saturday.

Yes. Our full menu and drinks are available throughout St. Mazie, including on the Main Floor, the bar area, in the Cellar Supper Club, and in the garden. Please check our current menus before your visit.

Yes. The Main Floor bar welcomes walk-ins for drinks when space is available. If you want a table, a particular view, or the Cellar experience, please make the appropriate reservation. For the stage and cellar area seating, there is a minimum spend of $35 per person.

Yes. Our vine-covered garden is available seasonally and weather permitting. Outdoor seating does not include a view of the indoor stage.

We offer a range of dishes and will do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please add any allergies or restrictions to your reservation and tell your server when you arrive. Because our kitchen handles many ingredients, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

There is no formal dress code. Come as you are—or dress for the occasion. Many guests enjoy leaning into the romantic, old-world atmosphere.
